Automotive is changing faster than the way we recognise its people.

Vehicles, customers and technology have moved on. How the industry recognises capability, develops people and understands what's actually happening hasn't kept pace.

We don't have all the answers.

That's why we're building it with automotive.

Our Founding Industry Panel will help shape how ABOD AUTO develops people, recognises contribution and celebrates achievement across Australian automotive.

What should great actually look like?
